green tea, water, 1 serving oats with casein protein, 1/4 banana and 1/2 cup bluberries. 1 egg.
fruit soon. Chix+broc for lunch/2nd breakie.
tip: when dieting in colder climates, wear lots of extra clothing. Being warm blunts hunger, where as being cold increaces it. Down jacket party?
but being cold burns more calories
If I get up tomorrow still at 162 or lower I'm celebrating with southern fried fish from Riverside Friday night.

Regardless I got on the scale recently and it wasn't pretty. Winter time is when I cut serious weight. I plan to drop 15+ pounds before spring. Hoping more for like 20 pounds. That means eating pretty "boring" things but I spent about the first 18 years of my life eating out of control so I am fine with it. This thread has actually been pretty helpful for me.
i got busy and didn't eat much in the past couple hours or so.
i'll make up for it tonight. unless i get too busy with yard work... cutting grass, seeding, fertilizing.
i do think there are some more oreos at home though.
Last night I had about 3 handfuls of those little chocolate chip cookies in the big ass bag from Costco. 174lbs this morning.

I was happy to be @ 164 in season at one point. I'm 166.9 as of this morn. Gunning for 159. At this point eating too much is my problem.
