Weight: 178.8 this morning.

Last week it was 183 or something, so I'm going in the right direction. Haven't had breakfast yet, I'll let you know.

I was a quite obese 165 this morning. I'm 5'7. Working my way back down to 145. Shouldn't be a problem gettin there by the start of next season (end of May). It was fun as hell putting the weight on...not so fun being fat, and less fun trying to lose it haha.

oh, and just had a strawberry n banana whey smoothie..

153# according to the Wii Fit this morning. 22.6 BMI. That thing gives wonky readings sometimes though..

You are all of you, every single Road Nazi here, without exception, too fat for this stupid sport.
And there's nothing you can do about it is there? And that drives you insane, doesn't it?

That's what your scale is telling you every day you idiots. Every friggin day.

Read it and weep.

At 165 I'm not quite a Road Nazi yet. Just 5 more pounds and I'll qualify.

"Breakfast" was bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios (I love those things), a BBQ chicken sandwich, and 1 cup of carrot coins.

666 calories (weird).

Time to go ride them off.

Doesn't drive me insane, more like annoying. Had to accept it in the 80s when I first tried to go uphill.
Hell, if all our rides were flat I would be in the front quite a bit.

Was still hungry (and a little chilled from the cool rain ride and the wind tunnel under my desk getting my clothes dry for the commute):
-Oatmeal
-Hot cocoa

all better

Bikes: Expensive ones that I ride slowly

Eating season is in full swing.

High(low?)lights from yesterday's engorge-athon include a half gallon of sherbet and a box of Boo-Berry cereal.

I'm fat and my stomach hurts.

Lunch: Teriyaki Bowl, 2 Blueberry Muffins, Chocolate Milk, 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies. I'm 10lbs over my fighting weight, not riding as often as I'd like, and still eating like sh*t.

Lunch was a Wendy's double cheeseburger, large fries, large chocolate frosty, diet coke. 1820 calories. That's quite a lot, isn't it?
