Oh, I've been riding OK, hehe....

Vacation kinda came in the way and still haven't found the time to paint the stem and post...Only thing missing.

Rides like a dream with the charming elements of brakechatter and lack of brake power in general.
I ditched the frogglegs and went for some Tektro 720s...An underrated brake.
Changed the 71mm pads to std. 55mm magnesium shoes with a much better mechanical
coupling to the cantie. Increases the pressure/area, looks better, preforms better -> everything s better

I'll might go for a more narrow cable hanger as well and open up the angle a bit more toward the canties.
That will decrease the mud clearance, but increase the power. Shouldn't be any problem up front

Anyways.....Here's a poor phonecam shot to ease the wait

    Thank You guys & gils

The weight is BTW 8.08kg with no-nonsense wheels & steel cassette. And yes..It's a 46T DA outer chainring

Oh.....And did I say I recently sold one of my Ti roadbikes and pulled the plug on a Ti 29er

I just took possession of the Specialized fork-crown-mounted cable hanger:

Will be installing it this week on a carbon fork that has given me chatter problem in the past. I'm curious to see how it works braking-wise, but I can recommend it insofar as it's nicely made and comes with different hardware to make it work on different forks.

Interesting color combo with the red. Not sure if I like it, I think I should have to see a finished product
I dig the red accents. It makes me think of a tree frog. Lectron, you should get some of the sram frog stickers on it.
