Another 3/4's of a pound gone.
Another 3/4's of a pound gone.
Putting the Duh in Floriduh.
Feeling stronger and losing my remaining belly fat. Down to 147 lb., from a high of 176.
All I'm saying is ... large pigs can run faster than you think.
Nailed it - 144.4 this morning.
Race weight is 146ish so I have a little room to rebound. Build 1 starts next week and I am ready to go!

Thanks Dad.
I was within 4 pounds of goal, and then proceeded to have HomeSlice for lunch and ZTejas happy hour for dinner. It was worth it!!

Down to 165.8 this morning...10 pounds gone in 4 weeks. Must be helping...did my first local TT climb of emigration canyon for the season and was only 11 seconds slower than my personal best last season. Good time for March.

You are a weight-losing machine!

175. Lowest I've been in 2 years. I'm on a diet program now, and about to ramp up my riding (for reals this time). I expect the weight will melt off pretty quickly moving forward. 170lbs would be a good race-weight for me. At least for starters.
156.8
lowest in almost a decade.
first time below 160 in a while and first time i've made my dream race weight (157)
did it without losing strength as i'm feelin great and settin KOMs. might have a decent HC in my this year.

Down from 75 to 72 kilo's. Want to hit ~68 kilo's by July, so i think i am on the right track here.
Holding steady at 141-142 no matter what I eat.
68.5kg last wednesday and felt weak. Ate a bunch despite having to do a race that goes over a 20m climb twice. Started this week at 68.9kg.
A week of being sick and no exercising, and i'm up to 70.5kg and probably a bit weaker. Got a week in order to get back to high 68-ish for the race next weekend.
fark this. will have to toe the goddamn line tomorrow 2kg heavier in a somewhat climb-intensive race. farking cold basically meant i didn't put in any intensity between Sunday and Thursday... at least i'm treating it as a training race, so i'm not too concerned as sunday will be a big training day.
but if the team coach says something about lack of performance or how i'm treating it as a training race or , i may just flip...
As if sitting down with a tablespoon and a jar of Nutella a few nights ago weren't bad enough, now I have to contend with the aftermath of another candy holiday. What's the point in riding for 2.5 hours if I'm just going to pound Cadbury cream eggs as fast as I can de-foil them?
Surely north of 150lb right now.

Thanks Dad.
I just left 3 pounds in the loo.

I've been doing PT exercises and getting the hip back into a better situation. I can do some of the exercises without any concern about technique (in essence, teaching my body how to move without pain); some, I need to hold off on until my hip can do certain things without pain.
