wow i've lost another 2 lbs. this is too easy![]()
showed up at the latest race at probably my most zaftig (71.5kg or so) and yet it didn't quite matter in the end.
I'm skinny (for me) but am going to buckle down and see how low I can go.
Still hanging at 64kg. Power is getting close to last year's peaks but my midrange, speed, and endurance are much better. Changing my diet has helped.
77.7 kg. That number is a lot cooler than 171 lbs.

I'm in the 202's today.... hoping for sub 200 by the end of this week.
Entered a weight loss comp at work - have until June 30 with everyone putting in $50 to go to the charity of your choice.
Got started again with my food logbook (logsheet? LOL):

This worked last time I was trying seriously to lose some weight.
Drank about 1.5L of water before the weigh in - 103.75kg
;-)
May be a friendly comp, doesn't mean that you can't put in your best chance to win it!
hit 200.2 this morning on the scale. I should break into the high 190's this week. Last July pre collar bone break I was 193 so I'm on target to achieve that earlier.
I'm also 3 weeks out from the gfny so I should be close to 193 for that.

On that note: 162.5 lbs this morning. I am starting to get disheartened seeing crazy weight fluctuations. Two weeks ago I weighed 158 one morning, I know that alot of the fluctuations are water / food weight (Lots of bulky veggies lately) but I can't help but feel defeated.
Grand Fondo New York
My wife wanted to go do the event and I thought it'd be a good excuse to get my butt in shape for June.
200 even this morning
so goal is 198 by the end of the week
I was 150.4lbs on Saturday morning after a rest week. Down about 2lbs from a week earlier. Not too shabby considering I wasn't training. Didn't drink any booze though so that probably helped.
Still 175-178 lbs. Not training much (last week was a write off). Not sure what will happen this season. Whatever will will.
not caring too much about it until this weekend. It's end of season, and i need to bring out my inner epicurian for a bit before sending him back to the siberians.
Not looking at the scale till tomorrow morning, I am horrified of what it will say. Have not been paying attention the last 2 weeks and I have a bad habit of gaining if I am not careful. who knows maybe ill make target by the end of the season, bah there is always next year. Cant help feeling like if I had been better about all this my season might have gone better. But gotta let by-gones be by-gones.
Scale said 171 this morning - I am a bit dehydrated, but still, lowest I've seen in a long long time.
Almost no refined sugars for the last couple of weeks, no sweets etc is seeing me make some progress.
After water loading 1.5L for the first weigh in for my work weight loss challenge, I was down an embarrassing 4.1kg (9lbs) in a week.
I think around 91kg (200lbs) is the lowest that I can go physically.
