new to racing

I'm 15 and ive been riding xc for about 3 years now sadly a different bike every year but i want to try entering some races this year instead of just tooling around. During the summer im in southern new hampshire near salem exeter that area and i was wondering if anybody knew of any good races i could start with in the novice division. i tried search with no real luck maybe i missed something. any help is greatly appreciated thank you

I'm in the same boat, even though I've got about 12 years on you. Scope out some local bike shops; they should be able to point you in the right direction. Also, http://www.bikereg.com seems to offer many races for amateurs.
