Aw man, I really din't want a sloped top tube. Has anyone seen it in person? Is the slope really big or slight?

I love riding and....Hey Look, Shiny!
They have a slope?
That's what some people were saying on here. I guess I'll just have to deal with it. That Kilo Pro has been calling my name for the last month. Should I practice clips on a freewheel or go for it on the fixie cog?

I'd just go straight to fixed with some sort of foot retention.
Awesome, well it's official! At 7:00pm May 4th 2012 I put my order in for my first fixie. After many posts I'm certain I Made an awesome decision on getting a Kilo TT Pro in Sharkgrey! I CAN'T WAIT! What's Bikes Direct shipping speed like? Also, I've noticed that the track geo is kinda tight. what are my options on fenders? I live in Ohio and it's rainy season. This is gonna be my main bike now so I need splash protection, even though it will make such a beautiful bike look funky.

I think most people get theirs in about a week or so. Kilo Fender selection is limited. You prettly much have to go with SKS Race Blades and it's a fairly tight fight. Rear, you can go with whatever you want.
My old kilo with Race blades:
My new one has better clearance due to a different fork:
Congrats though, Shark Grey is an awesome color.
Awesome bikes, if I wanted to change out my fork for a better clearance, what would be a good fork? Not that I'll be changing that sexy fork anytime soon.

The stem is a little funky, but it looks damn nice.
nice build.
Is toe overlap pretty common on the kilos?
Yup. As with most "track" bikes.
Hmm ... it is strange but i do not have it .. (at least to the point of a concern) I even tried to invoke.
It is 55cm and 9.5 shoe size.
And it is not like I do not know what it is - I'm still recovering from the ugly fall in front of all parents taking my daughter from school..It was Fuji Team road bike - champion in overlapping.
I was wondering, what have you guys heard/know about the Kilo Team lugged frameset? I went through the whole thread announcing the frameset from a while ago; any progress?
For everyone that rides a Kilo TT in 55cm, how big are you?
I'm looking for one, either 53 or 55, and right now im 5'10 with a 32.5 inch inseam. Which size do you think i should get? I really want the purple one, but right now they only have it in a 55![]()
I'm 5'10" with a 33ish inseam and my 53cm Kilo was a little too small. I do have long arms though.

FITMENT QUESTION?
>>>FITMENT CALCULATOR<<<
Also, does anyone know when BikesDirect will be receiving another shipment of Kilo's? I've seen that the Purple 53cm has been sold out for the past three or four weeks. I have tried emailing them and contacting them multiple times over facebook, but nothing has seemed to work. Thanks.
I would explore some other options.
