Rear rack mount tail lights?
My rear rack obscures my seat. I don't even HAVE a reflector mounted on my seat; I took it off. It's useless, and it was in the way (I now have a suspension that takes up that space).
So I could mount tail lights there, but again: useless. You cannot see them from behind. Complete waste of time and money.
Where do I find tail lights that mount to a rear rack? I don't want panniers, rack top panniers, or baskets to obscure my tail lights. Tail lights belong on the back of the bike, not somewhere in the middle with a bunch of crap in the way.
Also prefer something bright, and LED based. I might try to rewire various things (headlight, tail light) for bike dynamo.

I use a generator powered tail light backed up by a PB Superflash, mounted on a stay, seat post or bag. The regular tail light is mounted on the rear of the rack on most of my bikes, I have a couple of fender mounts and one stay mounted.

My four-seasons all-conditions commuter:

Dynamo-powered B&M D-Toplight XS Plus, and battery-powered DiNotte 140R below it.
On another bike, a CatEye TL-LD1100

Look Ma! It screws right on! (The screw even comes right in the box.)

I like the B&M and CatEye lights because they illuminate to the sides too. Not only do I feel safer, it keeps me in compliance with NYS law.

Planet Bike sells a taillight mount for a rear rack. https://ecom1.planetbike.com/3108.html
As does Cateye. (about halfway down the list) https://www.cateye.com/store/parts.php?cid=3_106
