Interesting... If the anonymous video taper had been a woman, would have there been a problem?

-Video taper would not have been in the wrong or it wouldnt have been creepy if he was not focusing on her ass
    - Bike guy had semi-good intentions but was a total d bag about it
-girl, i get it, photo shoot on NY steets

To the people who say "if you dont want people looking at your crotch hide it" are probably the same people who defend raping a woman by saying "she was asking for it, look how she was dressed"

Wow, you really took it there? You're equating filming someone in public with ****?

The guy filming was rude, but mostly in response to people being rude to him. Perhaps he was just filming something interesting, and was not intentionally filming the girl from a compromising angle. (As I watched the video, I was not thinking 'that's a shot of a girl's ass', but 'this is weird'.) If the original lady had simply asked him politely instead of being confrontational, he might have happily filmed from a different angle. Or not, I don't know.

Edit: Really, "r'ape" is blocked, but not "ass" (and not "raping")?

You can blame it on P&R. When that word is used in a thread title it can set off the filter software on people's work computers.
