Hey from the Palouse
Hey there! My name is Justin, and I'm 21 years old.
I just started taking biking seriously a couple weeks ago to lose weight, and I absolutely love it. I weigh 280 pounds, and am a generally big guy. I come from a background of lifting weights. A good weight for me would be about 220ish.
My wife is 3 months pregnant, and I personally feel as though I need to get healthy before that thing pops out. I never really have been a "healthy" person before, so I'm doing my best to eat good and count calories and diet and all that stuff.
My ride is a 1979 Panasonic Sports Deluxe (I think) road bike. It weighs in at 30 pounds even, but its great for riding the roads around where I live.
I live in the Palouse region of Washington State. Its south of Spokane, and is nothing but farms on rolling hills and wide open road with very little traffic. Its a great place to ride.
Other random info: I'm a youth pastor, I like to cook, and I love going fast
