Wanted - downtube lever stops

Ok, so I wound up bidding on more than I thought and wound up winning two sets of campy 10s speed TT shifters. Probably because each set has certain problems that didn't bother me in the application I wanted them for, namely downtube shifters. But that does pose a certain problem I am trying to solve. Since they don't have lever stops on them and Campy can't be bothered to stock spare parts like they did in the 70's and 80's I am on a quest to find some. Can some of you fine enthusiasts possibly look through your spare parts and see if you have anything like the attached, it doesn't have to be exactly like this but it should have the stop in approximately the same location. I think Victory levers had the stop in the same place also but am unsure about the diameter from center of the stop.

I'd like to know if "lever stops" are really what they are called and where they can be bought...thanks.

Found one set in the parts drawer that will work. These are a little different. They came from some older C-Record 7 speed shifters. These would probably be preferred since they give the space for the washer to recess into.

If someone has some mid-80's Victory levers can you measure the stop on those and tell me if they are the same length as in the picture?

Stops are what they are called, but I am having a tough time finding them to purchase. Campy hasn't made any DT shifters since '98 I believe. Shimano at least still makes them (The benefits of deep pockets and market control) but the stop is built into the internal workings of the lever and the frame piece that goes on the braze on. I've got three pair for spares just to last until I croak if needed. All the new bikes either come with STI/Ergos, thumb or grip shifters. You can find DT shifters in places like Rivendell or Velo Orange but not parts and they are usually friction shifting.

I understand your plight - And I don't have a set to spare - I have seen a few riders go without the stops but they were really good riders - I would not try it...
