What price to ask for recumbent Vision R50

I would like opinions on the value of a recumbent bike I am thinking of selling. It is an early 2000's model (2003 or 2004) Vision R50 with suspension on both ends. It is in very, very good condition, with low miles. I am the second owner, and the first owner could not adapt to the bike, being older and used to traditional road bikes. He stated balance as the issue.

I have not ridden the bike much either. It is the model with above seat steering, although it was also available with US steering. I bought it around 2006. It sold for about $1695.00 new. I had the original receipt from a local bike shop, but can't locate it at present.

You can do a search on Vision R50 and find the specs, but keep in mind this is the above seat steering model.

Thanks for looking. Any information would be appreciated.

I ride a Vision R40 with USS in long wheelbase mode. More or less a hardtail version of the R50. Still love mine.

What condition is the seat in? I've replaced mine once with a Volae seat. About $112 with new pad. Could be a pricing consideration.

A lot of folks I know want the narrow 650c wheels now days.

I'd say $400 - $500 depending on condition. A new comparable Volae Tour (no suspension) goes for $1595.

I'm a little over 6 hours away otherwise I'd be very tempted. Found in Google.

The seat is in very good condition. No tears or rips. Actually the bike is in very good condition overall. Has been ridden very little
