I have a Felt S22 2003 edition and I'm thinking it's time to upgrade the bars. My reason is to make it look more modern but I'm guessing there are other benefits of replacing the stock bar and aerobar. Can anyone explain the benefits to me?
I was looking at the FSA Vision Carbon Handlebar, Aerobar, and brake levers. How are these?
weight is usually the primary reason for doing any bike mod, unless it's a fetish. if your bars are aluminum or adjustable, you will shave weight off your bike if you get fixed length carbon bars.

No point replacing the extentions.
The old style Vision aluminium bar with Vision brake levers is as aero as anything out there for sensible money and they're cheap.
