Maybe its wishful thinking, but those look like Reynolds stickers on both the downtube and the fork.

that looks like a pretty tall frame. $150 and you need to wrapp your own bars? BeachComber the Peugeot decals looked alot like Reynolds and even if it is reynolds it could be a lower tubeset than the coveted 531

judging by the bar tape swinging in the breeze it likely at the very least needs a tuneup. if it fits and you can do the fixup work yourself try and get it for under $100

Looks a lot like the '81? PXN10 I picked up recently. I paid $75, but I do have to relace the rear wheel, and a couple other small items weren't OE.

I agree. I believe those are actual Reynolds stickers, and the full chrome fork would suggest an 81. I passed on one from outside Philly, a pearl white one in very good condition.

If everything works, and if all you need to do is replace tires and tape, then $150 doesn't seem too bad to me. But it may be high for your market. I see a lot of bikes pictured with a jumped chain, but it still sends up a red flag for me. Maybe you can talk him closer to $100.
