Directions to Thetis Lake Campground, Victoria, BC

I am arriving on a ferry from Port Angeles to Victoria (soft of downtown, I think). And I am bicycling tot he Thetis Lake Campground. Can someone suggest a route to the campground that's not too busy with traffic. I have a map of Victoria, but is difficult to tell which streets should be avoided due to trafffic. Thanks for your help.

Check out the Lochside trail (Go to Google) that intersects with Galloping Goose trail, the GG will take you right past Thetis Lake on the way to Sooke and the PotHoles campsite. Keep watch for the signs, some places a little hard to tell where the trail begins again after crossing some of the roads.
