Good Short Road Bike Routes in Colorado Springs

Hi,

I'm heading to Colorado Springs this weekend with the girlfriend and we're taking our bikes. Can anyone recommend some 20-30 mile rural routes with low traffic in the area? Hills are ok, but seriously steep and long climbs are probably out of the question for us due to altitude and out-of-shapeness.
