    Tips for Rides in Arizona?

    Hi all,

Just joined the forum and was hoping for some tips. We've been running a ride in Arizona for a few years and are thinking about making a few updates to the route. Any tips for New Yorkers looking to get the most out of an Arizona ride?

Any thoughts would help. Comments welcome on facebook as well (if that's easier for you).

    Thanks in advance!

You're charging $2000 a head for your ride. What's our advice worth to you?

I'm sure your customers are hoping that for the kind of money that you're charging, that you know what you're doing and not trolling for tips on message boards. (If that's really what you're doing, and not just trying to sneak an ad in here. The mods can make that call.)

    Hey Larry,

First, sorry if we offended you. I can see that you're a longtime member here. You're exactly the kind of guy we were hoping to hear from (though admittedly, in a different way.)

Second, we like to learn. And new spots, routes and ideas is part of what has made our business successful (and fun). Our customers rely on us to give them a great experience in a new place. Our research and planning, including hearing ideas from others, is one way we've delivered that value.

We typically talk 1-1 with people in person, but have felt that there's a vast untapped knowledge base out on the web. Figured forums was a good way to get involved.

Anyway, would love to hear your thoughts if you're open to sharing. If not, understood. I hope we can at least co-exist peacefully as we get to know people.

You've got to learn the area somehow, and pick someone's brain for info, right?

Man, you are the most negative person I've ever come across. There is something wrong with everything anyone does, in your mind.

As for the OP, your question is extremely vague. What exactly are you looking for?

Jacobs Lake to north rim of the Grand Canyon . . . 2 day ride.
    Quiet, spectacular, altitude 8,000 ft.
