GMR mile-marker question

I'm trying to get the graffiti removed from the retaining wall on GMR that is located approximately 4 miles up from Big Dalton Canyon Road at latitude longitude of 34.17, -117.84. When I called with that location description, the dispatcher was somewhat put out that I did not have a cross street or address -- she needs better information to locate the graffiti. When I told her, "if you go to the big wall that's covered with graffiti, that's where it is", she was not amused.

If anyone knows the nearest mile-marker to that wall, please post it here or PM me.
