I am thinking of heading here to look for a touring/long commute bike. Does anyone have experience in attending in past years?
Alright!
I acquired another frame to build, so I'll be there for sure.

Another one in March.

how is the chicago bike swap? was gonna go this past weekend but i went snowshoeing instead.. I've been to a local area camera swap and it was a total waste of admission fee and time.. poor selection, and high asking price. I figured it's just the nature of a swap meet.
Pretty happy with what I hauled, except for the broken front derailleur I picked up. I should have inspected it before putting it in my bag. But I am only down $10.
9 speed barend shifters for $15, Tiagra front and rear Derailluer for $20 (almost new), Topeak Dynapak for $25, bottle cages for .50 cents......
All in all I spent $125 and I got lots of stuff's. Most I need, some I don't, but they are nice to have....I think.
I am looking forward now for the one in March.
