French alps---Which Climbs are Toughest in the Southern Alpes?

Curios of members thoughts on climbs south of the Albertville area that are longer in nature such as those in the 14+ mile length---which it appears is most of them...Some I see on the map include those listed below and I am sure there are others...Thanks for your thoughts as I hope to go over there next summer.

Alpe dhuez
Restefond
Galibier(I am considering the Telegraphe as the first part of the Galibier)
Glandon
Croix de Fer
Isola 2000

I have climbed the Col du Tourmalet in the Pyrennes on a fully loaded touring bike but don't see climbing as the main reason for going touring.
Can't help with the Alps. Sorry.
