Instead of going past obstacles and thinking that someone should do something about it, why not do something about it yourself. The person you end up helping might be you in the end.
Some examples...
Trimming low branches (or getting the owner/manager/or municipality to do it)

Emailing local authorities about hazardous conditions in the path
or failures in infrastructure...
You'd be amazed what the difference can look like if you are the one person who stopped and did something...
