Louis Garneau shoe sizing?

I don't have a LBS close enough to go try shoes on, some I'm stuck with ordering. Of course converting US/EUR to get the right fitment can be chancy. Performance Bike's sizing chart suggest a 49 in the Louis Garneau equates to a size 13 US. That seems a little off, according to most conversion charts. If anyone has LG's could you advise what size they are and then what you would normally wear in a US size. thanks

I wear a US 9.5 and I'm in a42 for Garneau road shoes but it their top mtb shoe I fit a 43 better.

Ok, thanks, PB's sizing chart calls for a size 43 if you wear a 9.5 US.

If its any help I wear 10us in Nike and Converse, and 44 in LG. seems to be pretty standard sizing.

I wear 12 in most athletic shoes (Nike, etc) and I use 47 Garneau. 46 was slightly too tight.
