    ??

    Hello folks
This is my first post and you'll have to bare with me. I'm 55 years old and started biking last year on a $100 supercycle bike. I feel in love with it and now i'd like to upgrade to better bike. I'm hoping to pick up a decent used bike, but i'm not sure what to get. I have seen a giant TCR1 for $700 which looks to be in great shape. The problem is the bike is a size small and I am about 5'6" tall. Would the bike be too small?

I don't what size a "small" frame is, but if you fell in love with the supercycle you should measure it up against the giant. what type of bike is the supercycle ? how old?

The weekend looks like it will be OK, at least here in Toronto, not sure where you live.
Congrats on your new bike and post a picture

The point is moot now, but a Supercycle is the home brand of Canadian Tire, very similar to Wal-Mart bikes. Usually priced between $100 and $399.
