    Cyclists in Seal Beach

Just curious if any users on here either live or cycle through Seal Beach? I go slow cruising about 12mph around the beach and up the San Gabriel

I sometimes ride from my house in Lakewood down to my church in Seal Beach. I go across Heartwell park in Long Beach and down the SGRT.

I go through Seal Beach nearly every weekend. I usually start at Liberty park and head down the SGRT to PCH where I ride as far south as my legs are willing to go.... Occasionally, I'll stop for lunch at Crema Cafe on the way home.

Wife and I commute from Downtown Long Beach to Huntington beach 3-4 days a week. We've been taking Westminster in the morning lately (although it's a minefield) but usually take PCH through Seal Beach on the way back. We also ride the coast at least one weekend day and go through there. It's brief... we just stay on PCH and roll about 18 or so depending on how we're feeling.

That Cream Cafe is a unique breakfast and lunch place. I highly recommend it.

I roll through there at times most through PCH.

SART -> PCH -> to Long Beach area and back.

Sometimes I'll grab a burrito from Secret Spot, jam it in my jersey pocket and have something to eat when I get home.
