Damaged Masi Gran Criterium, needs evaluated in Ohio.

Hello, today I purchased this size 57 California Masi Gran Criterium: http://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...:ME:LNLK:MEWNX

I "won" the auction on what was more of a test bid. Please take a look at the damage on the top and down tubes and give your opinion on the worthiness of doing a proper repair on this. I already have a size 61 Gran Criterium which keeping on ice right now. It also has a small crease on the bottom of the down tube behind the lower head tube lug (also from a crash) Its not as bad though.
I wonder if any of the frame builders are in the Dayton/Cincinnati/Columbus/Indianapolis area and able to unbraze and fit new tubes for this Masi. Also, I would love it if I could recreate a proper steel fork maybe with a twin plate crown or more importantly with Columbus MX super beefy crown and fork stays for a super stiff sprint bike rebuild.

really hard to tell from here. Franklin frames is probably your best bet. They are in Ohio
