    101 Mile Group Ride Rad Fondo #5 Feb. 11 San Clemente/OC Loop

    101 mile loop through all of Orange County. Rad Fondo #5 is a group training ride. Pace is winter distance with 2 quick rest stops. Rest stops are snack/drink supported. Lunch is provided after the ride. Free! I have sponsors that support the event.

    We have added free massage after the ride and San Clemete Cyclery is offering buy 2 get 1 free on tubes and Co2 refills for all participants.

    We try to keep it at talking pace. If it gets quiet it is too fast. I think we average around 17mph for the total ride. We regroup and keep it together as much as possible. Check out the pictures on the website and you can see the types of riders we draw. It will give you an idea of what to expect.

    There are riders capable of ripping peoples legs off but that is not what we are trying to achieve. Solid fun rides...

    Anyone near Norwalk want to carpool? I dont have a truck but can pitch in for gas!

    Awesome. I hope you can make it. If not, we have another one going South in March. Another option is to meet somewhere along the route and join us. We aren't picky about the start...

    The weather was rainy at the beginning so I did not bring my camera. I will make up for it by taking a ton of pictures on Rad Fondo #6.
