    More breakage.



    The torque meter seems to really like the high cadence so the trick is to find the highest resistance level that I can quickly spin up to 170 rpm before my head explodes. Maybe I'll try to hit 1kW outside of spin class when I can maximize gaming the system.

    Yeah... thought I might look suspicious with a GoPro mounted on my stationary bike handlebars. She did a double class last night - she also hoots and yelps a lot over her microphone

    I guess I'll join the 900+ club. Did sets of short intervals on one 5s averaged 968W, broke 1k for a split second.

    This is a spin bike - if I use my upper body I'll tip over.
