    Riding partner

Mature cyclist looking for a riding partner in the McKinney, TX area. I ride for fitness and recreation. Not into racing. Just tired of riding alone. Would like to find a male or female in my age bracket(55-70) for fun rides. Any experience level OK.
    Thanks

Have you tried the regional forum? There must be a club around there somewhere.
Sometimes bike shops have rides, too.

Been looking for a regular riding partner myself, but I'm a little far from you to be practical, on the other side of the Metroplex. Have you checked out the GDB? http://www.greaterdallasbicyclists.com/

There is also a page of links on their site with a list of other regional clubs and orgainizations.

The more you ride your bike, the less your ass will hurt.

You can also try http://buddyup.com. Easy way to find someone with the same commitment and training level.
