Just curious , I don't know much about 3 speeds in general, though they've always appealed to me..

Condition is rough and in general 3 speeds aren't worth a ton, but I've never personally seen a bike with a full chain case, and I don't think I've ever seen a Hercules. When the bike gets rare the prices vary a lot. If I really had to have it, $200? Maybe $300?

Depending on what year it was I might go $200, it is pretty rough and needs a lot of TLC.

The larger frame and full chain case are huge pluses. Herc is a well respected marque but something less "famous" than a Raleigh. I think it would be more toward 300 than 200.
