Here is a good source of maps:
http://www.noaca.org/bikemaps.html Most LBS's will have them for sale in the store.
Some other clubs include:
The Akron Bike Club (ABC) has Thursday evening rides that begin at the Deep Lock Quarry near Pennsula. There is an A and B ride out of the parking lot. I've done the A ride many times but not the B ride.

The Medina Bike Club has Tuesday evening rides. The attendance last year was not as good as in past years. At one time the ride had A, B and C rides. They do have some event rides that are well recieved.

The Lake Erie Wheelers has a Wednesday evening ride that lists itself as an A ride but is really a B ride. They have riders who constantly need picked back up. The faster riders will ride ahead then wait for the regrouping. The ride meets behind the Berea Police Department and will ride year round if it is dry.

Some of the long time LEW guys also do the Long Distance Ride Training. They do long rides out of Berea every Saturday. I have done some of their rides and will say they are good people and good riders. You don't need to be a racer to ride with the group.
