Need help identifying a bike made in Belgium

This is a bike that belongs to a guy my daughter knows. He said his grandpa bought it in Belgium. I checked it for any sort of serial numbers or marks and can't find anything in the usual places - bottom bracket, etc.

I am attaching images in hopes that it can be identified.

Thanks for any help you can give.

This is top notch frame, using the Reynolds 531SL tubeset. The interesting thing is that it is Campagnolo equipped but uses Shimano dropouts. This suggests a sponsorship tie with Shimano and the two Belgium brands I'm aware of with that association were Flandria and Superia. However, I'm not familiar enough with either to make a positive identification. Perhaps the names would ring a bell?
A picture is worth a thousand words, but only if it is taken from the drive side. Otherwise, it's virtually useless.

    Thank you T-Mar!

I did some Google searches and have seen similar frames that were Flandria, not the Superia. Hopefully, there is a Flandria/Superia expert that can chime in.
