I'm probably sowing the seeds of my own downfall here... but it's all good.
You know, if you had a nice Specialized bike you'd probably already be at 18.5.![]()

I feel safe in saying ('cause I doubt either of you are going to be buying a plane ticket to NZ) my old Caad 4 is faster than either your Specialized or Beanz spiffy Madone:-) And, it's white. Not even red.
Now, if only I weren't unemployed and had a few hundred thousand spare air miles. I'd be coming to Cali. But, I'm not and I don't. So, both of you can carry on with this clydesdale sword fight.

Birth Certificate says I'm a Fred, so does my passport, drivers license to, work visa as well, and the marriage license. Guess there's no denying it, I'm a Fred.
My roubaix is Boat-Anchor-Blue. You stage your event and I'll come out to NZ and thump you, blue, white or otherwise. If I can take Beanz down on one of the 42 segments on that route (do *not* look at the other 41 segments, ignore the man behind the curtain), I can take you down too!![]()
Here is one of my best balls out efforts I did a while back.
I have yet to better that average speed.
The winds were with me and I must have hit every other green light that evening.
I was also fighting daylight, and had no bike light on me, so I had to push pretty hard to squeeze that ride in after work.
Not too bad for a then 300lbs 6'3" uber clyde.

Can I upload a saved ride from Endomundo to Strava? I forgot to turn on my Strava app on day one of my new training.
Yes, I posted how to in the endo thread. Unfortunetly you can't take Strava and upload it to Endomondo...
why can't you export the gpx from your ride and then import it into endomondo? I know you can export the gpx, just not sure if endomondo will import it. If they don't, then it's the first GPS enabled ride site I've heard of that won't.
Alright.. I just joined the group. Is there anyone else in Stillwater, OK or even in Oklahoma? I enjoy riding with my wife, but would enjoy meeting another Clyde for a ride. Just keep in mind, I'm fat and slow, but I do enjoy it.

By the way, if any of you enjoyed the free month of Strava premium and would like to sign up to pay for it, I found a $10 off discount code - TTMEREDITH10. Makes it $49 for a year, or roughly 4.9 lunches.
I figured I'll enjoy the HR breakdowns and whatnot, at least until they get sued off planet earth by Icon Health (owner of Nordicktrack among other things). Polar, MapMyFitness & Garmin are also named in the suit.

My totally not lawyer and totally not reading the whole complaint leads me to believe they're talking about two different things - ergo controlling the machine with a computer rather than simply uploading and tracking data.
It seems like there are no shortage of companies in this world who exist by predatory legal practices including a few in the cycling world (looking at you specialized!)

Clydes don't have to settle for back of the pack. I'm feeling pretty good about this one:

There's still plenty of room for me to improvement. However, the low hanging fruit has been plucked. From here, it's going to take significant gains to move up the ranks much.

So, let's see a link to your "most recent" GMR Beanz.
I'm still not unhappy with the whitford segments. And, was just trying to provide a little motivation to a few clydes who have commented on always being near the last of whatever number greater than 1. I figured if I put some effort into the whitford gorge section of the ride, I could get to just about where I a got this morning. The really scary thing is clicking on the KOM's ride and noticing that it had been at a steady HR of 150-155 for the entire ride. I suspect it was a recovery ride, or, at most a tempo ride for him. And, climbing at >1200 VAM! I'm not going to be achieving that any time soon. But, I'm sure I have more in the tank.
The goal remains: Taupo in under 6 hrs. That'll be decided in November.
