I recently had a not-so-great experience with one manufacturer but I enjoyed hearing from others about their great experiences.

Since I'm still relatively new to the game, I don't have many to draw from though my interaction with the team at eKoi has been nothing but positive. They're really friendly, have always been flexible and easy going about exchanges and they even throw in extras from time to time with purchases. I'm always glad to do business with them and am glad to see the company grow.
