Parts retailers in San Diego

Are there any places in North County SD where I can buy bike parts & tools for less than MSRP?

I just got a new crank and I'm torn between buying the necessary tools at a LBS or getting them shipped from Amazon. I need a crank puller and a bottom bracket tool. Amazon promises to get them to me on Thursday for $28. If I go with a local store, I can have them tomorrow, but places I know tend to ask for MSRP, which should be around $40 for the two. (Let's forget about gasoline and sales tax for a moment.) It's not much, but it would make the decision easier if I could get them locally below sticker.

Hmm, never heard of that place before, but it's a nice store, reasonable prices, and it happens to be three miles from my house!
