Sweet Pete's, Cyclepath and Cycle Solutions are 3 I can think of off the top of my head who rent road bikes I suppose you couldontact them to get their rates. All are in Toronto. Funny thing is...my girlfriend, her sisters and myself are looking to plan a trip to Portugal next year. I may need to talk to you

First welcome to Canada, you will have an outstanding experience here inToronto. For great roads, I would suggest you to check out Newmarket (40minutes north of Toronto on the DVP highway 404).

In regards to the rental of the road bikes, I recently came across ExclusiveSport Rentals. I have rented a mountain bike from them a few weekends ago andhad great pleasure dealing with these guys. Google their website and contactthem. Feel free to drop me a line if you need any suggestions regarding places to visit and ect.

I know how frustrating it can be to have to suspend training while travelling, or just not being able to enjoy road biking while on the road.

For the past 3 years I have been selling high quality used road bikes. but, any I have not yet sold, I can make available for rental.

Rental rates are $30, $40, $50 per day depending on the sale value of the bike (values range from about $1000 for high quality steel with Campy or high end Shimano to $2000 for carbon).
