I ordered jerseys from this online company operating in China to save a few dollars in early March. Money was taking out of account immediately, but after 30-days without hearing anything about order I sent them an e-mail asking about status. Reply was they were replacing equipment and it would be another 20-days. Boy, this would have been nice to know when I ordered.
So, on 14 April I notified them to cancel my order and reimburse my account in accordance with their refund policy.
The next day I went out to the local bike shop and bought a few jerseys only to be notified today, 18 Apr, via an e-mail from company my order has been filled and shipment on the way.
