Has anyone done the Putomic Heritage ADA Route?

Planning my first tour for next year and looking at the Putomac Heritage route that ADA offers in their maps. This will be my first long tour (and will hopefully get in smaller tours this year). Was wondering if anyone has done it before and could give some thoughts on the route.
