Missed Ciclavia?; Another Chance With Bike To Work Week In May!

You might have missed participating on April's Ciclavia like I have. The Ciclavia is not the only bike event planned this year here in Southern California. All is not lost. For those of you (like myself) that missed out on April's Ciclavia , you have the Bike-To-Work Week event to participate in ( yah!). This year it happens during the week of May 14 - 18. I always look forward to this annual event and I hope to bring one of my bikes aboard participating transit companies' buses/trains on Bike to Work Day itself on Thursday, May 17.

Sounds like OCTA pimping for more business. Were those people OCTA employees enjoying a boondoggle?

Regardless, I'll bike to work that week. I just have to figure out how to get the bike from my living room to my bedroom and then ride it down to the spare bedroom. It's usually easier to just walk by the bike and ignore it, much like the rest of America does.
