Bike shops in Fort Worth?
Are there any bike shops in the Fort Worth area that specializes in or are at least good on vintage bikes?
I have an old Olmo and a couple of early '80s Raleighs that need a little TLC.

These are some great guys. I just noticed on their webpage that they moved to Sundance Square. I'm going to have to check it out.

There is also the Bicycle Center of Fort Worth. Rocky sells a lot of vintage stuff. Trinity is great too.

Echo Trinity and Bicycle Center of FW - with a slight edge toward BCFW for older bikes.

Also, there are several individuals in town who love to play with older bikes. Many of them would consider those too new for their tastes. Holmes Zilla on Facebook is one of those.

BTW, colonels bikes is moving to Foch street just off of W. 7th next week. Parking should be a lot better than at the University location. That should be bad for my wallet. The bike store located a block away from Ft. Worth Camera.

One of the stalwarts of DFW for years has been Bicycles Inc. They have several locations. They do advanced stuff, but will also are good for entry level cyclists. One of their big advantages is they have a lot of stock in each location so you can try before you buy.

Man, that's a bummer. A friend of mine just got a new steel Jamis from them not too long ago and was planning on a second.
Any idea why? Where to go in Ft. Worth for steel bikes now?

Big Bummer. Bernie built my first custom wheelset and I was planning on having a few more built over the years.
