Very interesting on two points. I shopped for a bike for an ex-GF who was 4' 11". No bike out there made her happy. I would have spent the money for a Terry bike & been out a lot more than the $40.00 Schwinn I picked up. Got a FG (Friend Girl, the opposite of Girl Friend) who is but 5' 2" and is looking to upgrade. She can afford her own dam bike. I'll forward this on.
Despite Georgena's problem walking, she seems to ride just fine.
