80s Cannondale SR400 with Cyclone

I'm about to pick up this mid-80's C'dale SR400 and was wondering if the asking proce is fair.
This is the only pic, ad states good condition, it looks to be my size. The seller also sent me a pic or the Cyclone rear D and cassette which show little use.
What would you all say is a fair price for this bike?

Around here, more like $250. Pretty much any Cannondale over the $300 mark will either be a touring model, or have STI shifting. This bike has neither.

I would think the Albany market would be similar to here.

I've been looking at 80's Cannondales past few weeks, seems the range is $250-$300 around here. Was one listed for $150, was gone fast (not sure the exact condition, but rideable).

I ended up buying it for $100 and upon disassembly discovered this bike has been riden very few miles. There are a couple chips in the paint but the bright white paint perfectly matches a can of rustoleum appliance paint I already have. Under a layer of dust covering the components was bright aluminum with no scratches or built up dirt/grease The tires and bar tape have recently been replaced. The chain and cables are rusty but i've got that covered. It's going on ebay straight away since, at 54cm, the frame is way too small for me. The proportions from the pic look more like a 58 or 60.
