Older you get, the more you need to warm up.

But.... maybe you need some beef to go with your ham.

When you heal up, start working them.

I can talk about that if you want. This being the weekend,
if I don't get back around here, shoot me a message.

Let me introduce you to the Beast.

I have the 2 biggest bands. The big guy is The Beast.

I cut them so they'll be straps, and deadlift with them.

Actually, I need to get another 1 3/4" strap because I am trying to use both and it's too big a jump.

One of the distribution centers I visit has canes and walkers - would you like me to pick up some for you? You can put little tennis balls over the feet to improve traction.

My knee reminded me that trying to pace cars 30 miles into a 50 mile ride after 11 days solid training isn't what almost 40 year olds do. 5 years ago I could have gotten away with it, but today it decided to give me on and off pain the last 20 miles. Its all good now. Still, getting older should be banned at 25.
