But.... maybe you need some beef to go with your ham.

I have the 2 biggest bands. The big guy is The Beast.
I cut them so they'll be straps, and deadlift with them.
Actually, I need to get another 1 3/4" strap because I am trying to use both and it's too big a jump.

5 years ago I could have gotten away with it, but today it decided to give me on and off pain the last 20 miles. Its all good now. Still, getting older should be banned at 25.
