Cartoon: Ontario Premier "doored" by credit report. Bad taste?

I don't know if this link will work or stay accessible, but basically the cartoon shows Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty, who recently had to deal with a reduced credit rating for the province, as a cyclist in the process of being "doored" by a limousine representing the Standard and Poor credit rating agency.

    Bad taste?

Nope. Seems like an applicable metaphor.
    That's gonna leave a mark.

Not at all. Even raises awareness as a side effect, IMO.
Work: the 8 hours that separates bike rides.

I guess I'm oversensitive because this same paper had a cartoon in the auto section a few years back, showing a (living) cyclist mounted like a trophy on the bumper of a car. They got a lot of flack and apologized for that.

Well I guess any publicity is good publicity.
The paper must have some riders-being doored is strictly a bicycle rider thing.
