I'm down to 212 (5'10-5'11), and I've been thinking more and more about nutrition. Right now I'm aiming to lose 2 lbs/week (tracking on LoseIt), but I think I'm going to slow my pace once I hit 200 (my goal is 177) to 1 lb/week in order to gain appreciable fitness while I'm losing. That said, I've been thinking about dietary supplements, and I'm thinking about making some a part of my regular routine. Currently, I take nothing but ranitidine (Zantac) for a stomach condition, but I'd know people's opinions on multivitamins and supplements like Omega 3, CoQ-10, and fish oil supplements in relation to weight loss and added fitness. When I start my more fitness oriented portion of my journey, I'll probably start taking some form of protein (whey, most likely) after I workout, but I'm totally ignorant of my options beyond that.
