    Only if the Surgeon General is driving and not paying attention to where he is going... and is behind cyclist in question...

    Clearly, the Surgeon General failed to add the qualifier that you must acclimate yourself to altitude before riding across town....

    Might be hazardous but there certainly aren't many traffic problems.
