My name is Rich, and I live and work in Boston (Lower Allston and downtown, respectively). I actually do transportation policy for a living, including bike advocacy. My daily ride right now is a 1987 Schwinn World Sport, and I'm in the process of powder coating/rebuilding a 1985 Trek 620. I also spend way too much time on Craigslist.
I have been reading the forums for a while now and finally registered so I can ask about classic and vintage bikes, bike mechanics, touring and commuting. Also thinking about getting into randonneuring.
