    5/3/2012 Miles

    2.5 mile run
    7.5 mile bike.

    Easy night. I had less than an hour to work out.

    It's taken me at least a dozen of these to realize that "couch" is you signing your posts, not another part of your daily activity.

    I honestly thought it was like,

    ride x.x
    run x.x
    dinner
    tv
    couch
    bed.

    I rode by a river in Lancaster county. There was no van, but there was a chevy caprice.

    10 miles of single track in 1.75 hrs. Group ride that included an 8 year old!

    etown on a group ride from hershey. I later split with the group to try to avoid a nasty thunderstorm (I rode over to the start, so I didn't need to return). I partially succeeded.
