I bought a Pedalforce CX2 frame on a group buy last year. Finally built it up this spring. I wanted a road / rain bike and the fender mounts on the frame and fork were a big plus. It is the 56cm frame, Ultegra 6700 group except the cranks, performance bike carbon bars. I went with a disc brake on the front, avid road with the Nashbar Carbon Cross fork. I haven't weighed it yet but my guess is 18 - 19 with fenders and pedals.
Frame has a good ride, stiff but sucks up the vibrations from the road. Not quite as well as my 2011 Roubaix Expert. The roubaix seems like it has shocks sometimes yet is still stiff on the pedals. I don't notice a lot of difference when I jump between bikes, unless I am nit picking for small differences.
I've got about 500 miles on it now. I'd buy it again. Great frame for the $$
