Helmet in search

Hi!
im new to the forums so this may be in the wrong place but i use my bicycle every day, around 13-22 Km/day and im planning to go for a longer trip during the summer (around 400km) and i haven't been using my old helmet be course its too sweaty to use, and i wish to increase my safety and so on so i would like to buy one...
i dont care that much how much it weights, i only wish that it must have a great cooling system so my head wont sweat.
Price, doesnt matter that much, but id appreciate it if u could give me some options between different price categories.
so basically a good road helmet for the weathers of finland, it can be hot during the summer but i can wear a bandada/something warm under the helmet when its cold

I suggest you head to your local Budget Sport store (or similar) and look for one of the following:

They should be ~75€. When I was there last year, beyond the local bike shops, Budget Sport had the most decent selection of bicycle accessories.

As suggested above the Giro Saros is a great helmet for the money. I've been using one for a couple of years and I have no complaints.

Recently purchased the Giro Savant for $90US. Fit is most important. Find helmets that fit you the best and go from there.

Everyone's head is shaped different. Giro's fit me TERRIBLY. Bell's fit me GREAT! Your noggin may vary. I would go try them on. If it isn't comfortable, you won't wear it.

I'm a fan of Kask helmets. They're not nearly as inexpensive as those others listed but, for my head, they're the most comfortable and well ventilated helmets I've ever worn, and I've worn a bunch over the years. But heads are as different as butts are so YMMV.

Unless you're riding about 10 mph or coasting down hill at 25+, your head will sweat.

The best helmet for cooling (IMO) is the Giro Aeon if you want to spend that much money. It's also super light.
