Agreed. Or in the middle of July when it's 110 degrees out.
I am not the company I keep.

I ride to work every day. Used to be about 8 miles, new job is only about 3-4 miles.

Weather didn't cooperate. Aside from that too far to ride, 40 miles each direction.

I bike to work every day. I can't even pretend that's cool because I work in a school in my neighborhood and it takes me about 3.5 minutes to get there. It's uphill going home, though, so the return trip is a whopping 5 minutes. It's hell on the quads.

I envy everyone who bikes to work, whether once in a while or every day. One of my dreams is to move to a place where biking to work would be a bit more realistic and convenient.

Said many times, every day is bike to work day. I haven't missed a day since Feb.

Agreed, the only time I need a car is to get groceries and to visit relatives if work was that close, well also maybe the occasional horrible weather days or LD social gathering function. With the groceries, I buy in bulk so I don't have to stand in those GD lines at the grocery store.
